My mortgage advisor Dinah went above and beyond for me and really reassured me as a first time buyer by explaining everything in detail and giving me loads of advice around the entire buying process. I contacted Dinah very last minute and within a couple of days she had an agreement in principle for me and communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was happening.
